HOW TO USE:
Pour onto a cotton pad or reusable bamboo pad and swipe over cleansed, dry face, neck, and chest.
When to Use:
Use 1-2 times a week, gradually increasing to once a day either in AM or PM.
When using toner in PM – Use on opposite evenings that you use the Overnight Resurfacing Peel or the Reflect Effect Mask.
When using AM – Use the toner on mornings you are not doing the Reflect Effect Mask. If you are using toner in the morning, make sure you apply Sheer defense face SPF and/or Dew Skin tinted moisturizer with SPF.

3. Treat
Pro Tip: Brush your teeth with a non-toxic toothpaste while the serum soaks into your skin. I also floss after I put on my 2nd treat step to give it a minute to soak in before my moisturizer

How to use: Push the side button to release a dime size amount, then gently massage into face, neck, and décolletage with upward strokes.
5. Oils

If you would like, you can use oils during the day. You can use the oil alone or mix 3 drops into your AM moisturizer. I use my oils at night after my moisturizer is on. I let my moisturizer soak in for a bit. (Applying oils after your moisturizer allows the oils to seal the hydration into your skin). If you are pressed for time, you can mix 3 drops of oil into your nighttime moisturizer too.
Important: ONLY USE oils on the nights you are NOT using the Overnight resurfacing peel (Example: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, & Sunday)
+ I use the No. 1 oil around my eyes on top of my eye cream and on my cheeks, where I have sunspots.
+ I use No. 2 oil around my chin and forehead furrow for sagging and deeper lines
+ I use No. 3 oil on any redness, usually around the nose for me but great on cheeks and any rosacea
AM: Sun Protection
I take a break, letting all of that soak in, and enjoy my breakfast. Before I start applying any makeup, I put on Countersun Daily Sheer Defense For Face – SPF 25. Wearing an SPF is essential even in the winter because it blocks blue light from computers and cell phones (which damages our skin) and sun (UV) exposure from windows and time outside.
As always, if you have any questions, please ask. If you have any Before/After results to share, I love to see those too!
